Find anything fast and stay on top of what needs you.
Global search
Use the search box in the top bar to jump to cards, boards, and people across your workspaces. Start typing and pick a result to open it.
Notifications
The bell in the top bar collects everything that needs your attention:
- Assignments — you were added to a card.
- Comments — activity on cards you’re involved in.
- Mentions — someone wrote @you.
- Reminders — a card you own is due soon.
Open the bell to read recent items, click one to jump straight to the card, and mark items (or all) as read.
Where notifications reach you
- In-app — the bell, always on.
- Browser push — desktop/mobile alerts after you allow notifications.
- Email — for the categories you keep enabled.
Choose exactly which channels and categories you want under Settings → Notifications (see Account & security).
Common questions
Why didn’t I get a notification?
Check your per-category preferences in Settings → Notifications and that the channel is connected.
Can I search across every workspace?
Search covers the workspaces you can access; results respect each board’s visibility.
