Labels, clients & brands
Categorize cards and view everything tied to a label, client, or brand.
Beyond a single board, the app lets you slice work by labels, clients, and brands. These are “facets” you can attach to cards.
- Labels — flexible color tags for priority, status, or type.
- Clients — who the work is for.
- Brands — which brand or product line a card belongs to.
Facet pages
Click a label, client, or brand to open its detail page — a focused view of every card carrying that facet, across boards. It’s the quickest way to answer “show me everything for this client” or “what’s marked urgent.”
Use the filter controls on a board to narrow cards by label and more, then clear them to return to the full view.
Common questions
Can one card have several labels?
Yes. Add as many labels as you need, and a client and a brand too.
Where do I manage the available labels?
Open the Labels page (or the card’s label picker) — labels belong to the company.
