How do I reset my password?
On the login screen choose “Forgot your password?” and enter your email — we’ll send a reset link. Once signed in, you can also change it under Settings → Profile → Password.
Can I sign in without a password?
Yes. Add a passkey under Settings → Profile → Passkeys to sign in with your device’s fingerprint, face, or PIN. You can also use Google, Facebook, Apple, or LinkedIn if those are enabled.
How do I turn on two-factor authentication?
Go to Settings → Profile → Two-factor authentication, click “Enable authenticator app”, scan the QR code with an authenticator app, enter the 6-digit code to confirm, and save your recovery codes.
I lost my 2FA device — how do I get in?
Use one of the recovery codes you saved when enabling 2FA, in place of the 6-digit code. Each code works once. If you’ve run out, ask an administrator for help.
Why can’t I see a workspace or board?
You only see workspaces you’ve been added to, and private boards only show to people added to them. Ask an admin to add you — restricted workspaces appear with a lock.
What’s the difference between a company and a workspace?
A company is your top-level organization; workspaces live inside it and group related boards. You can belong to several companies and switch between them in the sidebar.
How do I assign a card to someone?
Open the card and add a member from the Members control. Assignees see the card on their dashboard and get notified.
How do I get notified about my work?
The bell shows assignments, comments, mentions, and reminders. Enable browser push and email under Settings → Notifications, and choose which categories you want.
Can I archive instead of delete?
Yes — cards, boards, and workspaces are archived (not destroyed). Admins can restore boards and workspaces from Settings → Workspaces → Recently deleted; archived cards restore from the board.
Who can invite people or change roles?
Owners and admins manage members under Settings → Members. Only an owner can grant the admin role.
