Managing members

Invite people, set roles, and remove or restore access.

Manage people under Settings → Members.

Inviting people

  1. 1Open Settings → Members and click Invite people.
  2. 2Enter their email and choose a role (member, guest, or — owners only — admin).
  3. 3They’re added to the current workspace and notified to join.

Changing or removing access

  • Remove a member to revoke their access; the owner can’t be removed.
  • Removed members move to a Removed members list and can be restored later, preserving their history.

Seats

Members count against your plan’s seats. You can see seats used vs. available on the Company tab; add seats by upgrading the plan.

Common questions

How do I invite someone?

From Settings → Members, invite by email and choose their role and workspace access.

I removed someone by mistake — can I undo it?

Yes — restore them from the removed members list in Settings → Members.
