Getting started
Sign in, learn the layout, and find your way around.
Welcome! This app is a workspace for planning work on boards made of lists and cards — think of it as a shared, visual to-do system for your team. This guide explains everything you can do.
Signing in
Open the app and sign in from the login screen. You can use whichever method your account is set up with:
- Email & password — the standard form.
- Social login — one click with Google, Facebook, Apple, or LinkedIn (buttons appear when enabled). The first time, we create your account from your provider profile.
- Passkey — sign in with your device’s fingerprint, face, or PIN, with no password to type.
If two-factor authentication is on for your account, you’ll be asked for a 6-digit code (or a recovery code) right after your password.

The layout
Once signed in you’ll see three regions:
- Left sidebar — your current company and workspace, the boards inside that workspace, starred boards, and workspace members. The account menu sits at the bottom.
- Top bar — breadcrumbs, global search, and the notifications bell.
- Main area — whatever you’ve opened: the dashboard, a board, a card, or settings.

A quick tour
- 1Open the Dashboard to see your assigned cards, due dates, and recent activity at a glance.
- 2Pick a workspace in the sidebar, then open a board.
- 3Create a card, give it a due date, and assign it to yourself.
- 4Star the boards you use most so they float to the top of the sidebar.
Brand-new and want to look around first? On an empty dashboard, choose Import demo data to fill a sample company with boards, cards and members you can explore or delete.
Common questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. The app runs in your browser — just sign in. Add it to your home screen for quick access if you like.
I don’t see any boards yet. What now?
You probably aren’t in a workspace yet. Ask an admin to add you, create a company, or import demo data from the empty dashboard.
