Platform administration
The staff-only admin console: platform settings and plans.
Platform staff have an extra Admin console (account menu → Admin console, on the hub subdomain). It governs the whole installation, not a single company.
Platform settings
- Brand name and support email shown across the product.
- Sign-ups — allow or disable public registration (when off, people join only by invitation, including via social login).
- Trials — whether new companies start on a trial.
- Maintenance mode — display a maintenance state.
Plans
Create, edit, and remove the plans companies can be on — names, pricing, and seat limits. Changes apply platform-wide.

These controls are visible only to staff accounts and are separate from any single company’s settings.
